Pastry Chef Amy Simpson joined the Mister A’s team in 2004, and she’s been blowing us away ever since with her incredible mix of both sweet and savory baked goods and treats. She was a bookkeeper before she decided to follow her true passion and enrolled in SD Culinary Institute, and we’re so grateful that she did! Amy’s signature style combines her family’s age-old recipes with her own creativity and understanding of what exactly makes the perfect product.
