The changing of the seasons is never more apparent than when you visit your local farm stand and observe the incoming abundance of fall produce. As tomatoes, strawberries and corn dwindle, we celebrate the arrival of squashes, brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes, beans, root vegetables and many others.
Of course Chef Stephane and Chef McCart are wasting no time integrating these new ingredients on our menu, experimenting with new dishes and their presentation. As the days shorten, Mister A’s fall menu will feature some heartier fares. Our seasonal menu can be viewed on our website.
