Treasured amongst locals for their transparent farming methods, Cook Pigs Meats pride themselves in letting their humanely raised pigs roam freely on pastures, rotate seasonally, and eat a microbiotic diet. The pigs are certified organic and are exclusively sold to Southern California chefs only. We happen to be fortunate enough to source our pigs from them for our in-house whole animal butchery program, where we will be cooking a variety of special cuts that will rotate every week starting on April 6th.
