In Southern California the Fall and Winter seasons aren’t quite as extreme as elsewhere, but that doesn’t mean we’re skipping the heartier dishes we inherently crave this time of the year! Our Chefs are picking the bountiful seasonal ingredients at the local farmer’s markets and giving each an opportunity to shine on our menu. Look for fall flavors like, kabocha and squash, sage, hazelnut and currants to complement aromatic roasted and braised meats or fowls, housemade raviolo, risotto and cassoulet.
