Sometimes considered artists, our chefs delight in designing creative dishes that showcase the best of what the current seasonal bounty has to offer. Our constant creators have recently launched a variety of dishes you may now find on our menu such as the Hamachi & Hawaiian Heart of Palm, the Roasted Pork Belly with Green Garlic Grits, and the Whole-Roasted Mary’s Farm California Duckling. Additionally, we have incorporated exquisite vegan-friendly course options to our seasonal tasting menus, such as the Vegan “Scallops & Bacon,” and “Housemade Spaghettini with Black Truffles Caccio & Pepe” for everyone to enjoy.
