Chef Stephane visited their small, locally-owned poultry farm near Riverside to experience their progressive and humane practices for himself, and we can all agree that the proof of their good work is quite evident in the superior quality and flavor of their antibiotic-free Jidori chicken and eggs with vibrant yolks the color of a bright California sun.
