FIRST COURSE

THIRD COURSE

  • cedar river farm 8 oz prime tenderloin (gf)

    bordelaise, thrice cooked yams, orange zest

  • pan roasted alaskan halibut (gf)

    chanterelle mushroom, lemon velouté

  • kurobuta pork chop (gf*)

    warm fingerling potato salad, sauce charcutière

  • maine lobster thermidor (gf*)

    seasoned drawn butter, creamed corn rib, red bliss potato

  • bramata polenta (vg/gf)

    tomato emulsion, fava bean, pearl onion, carrot, scallion sour cream

FOURTH COURSE

    chocolate sablè, white chocolate whipped cream

  • Vanilla Crème Brûlée

    Chamomile, Shortbread, Berries (gf*)

  • peaches & cream pie (gf)

    raspberry coulis, vanilla ice cream

    vanilla ice cream, strawberry sorbet, shortbread crumble

  • apricot & blackberry crumble (vg/gf)

    coconut sorbet
